1-Riyad Mahrez: $31.6M

Country: Algeria

Club: Leicester City (England)

A midfielder, Mahrez became the first Arab to win the English Premiership’s player of the year award last season.

1-Mohamed Salah: $31.6M

Country: Egypt

Club: AS Roma (Italy)

Tied at number one with Mahrez, the Egyptian winger/forward continues to set Italy’s Serie A alight with his performance. He also played a pivotal role in helping Egypt reach the African Cup of Nations final. With 30 goals in all competitions for AS Roma over the past two seasons, Salah looks ready for a bigger move that could see his price increase.

3-Islam Slimani: $26.9M

Country: Algeria

Club: Leicester City (England)

The 28-year-old striker made the move from Portuguese champions FC Porto to Leicester City last summer. Although the Foxes have struggled to live up to last year's performance, when they astonishingly beat all the big names to win the Premiership, Slimani has managed to score eight goals for his new team.
