Bassel Ghoubar

Bassel Ghoubar is Group Legal Counsel at EFS Facilities Services Group. Bassel is an associate member of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) and holds a bachelor’s degree in law and a master’s degree in translation. Bassel is a highly accomplished legal professional with over 12 years’ experience in litigation and general practice including, but not limited to, civil, commercial, corporate, real estate, and criminal law. For more than five years, Bassel has served as legal counsel at EFS, directing and advising on compliance and legalities across the group and its operating companies.
