1. Sanjay Khanna, CIO, Rakbank

Sanjay Khanna joined RAKBANK in September 2011 as Chief Information Officer where he is responsible for developing a vision for the Information Technology (IT) department, ensuring high quality of overall services to the Bank from the technology department, and establishing and maintaining an appropriate technological infrastructure with the Bank’s business partners. Prior to joining RAKBANK, Sanjay served as Deputy General Manager at ICICI Bank Ltd for six and a half years where during his tenure he headed various technology groups including International Banking Technology Group and the Shared Services Technology Group. He also spent seven years at the National Bank of Oman and six years with Deutsche Software (India) and his last designations, respectively, were Senior Managers of Systems and Senior Consultant.

2. Rajesh Nagpal, Director - Banking & Finance, GBM

Rajesh Nagpal – Director Sales, joined GBM in 2003, he is experienced business, consulting and technology leader with strong Banking & Telecom industry experience in business strategy, consulting and sales execution.

He has over 20 years of successful track record of leading sales & operations teams, managing C level relationships and driving P&L outcomes in markets including India & Gulf. Held various strategic positions in leading technology firms for Business Consulting, Software & Services & Digital Transformation.

3. Mostafa Zafer, Vice President, MEA Cloud & Cognitive Software, IBM

Mostafa Zafer is the Vice President, IBM Hybrid Cloud and AI, Middle East and Africa. Mostafa is responsible for sales and client advocacy for IBM’s hybrid cloud, data, security and AI solutions - a high growth business for IBM. He has over 20 years of experience in sales and strategy leadership in IBM in multiple countries, including leading Data & AI unit for MEA, leading software business for Middle East and Pakistan, leading software sales in Saudi, and acting as WW software sales strategy executive in New York.

4. Mark Diamond, Group Chief Operations and Technology Officer, Network International

A results-driven Executive Leader possessing significant business and technical experience in leading and executing transformational change in the world of Finance and Banking. A recognized innovator in the world of complex solution delivery, Mark has significant business achievements at strategic and operational levels during periods of intensive change and competitive pressure. Awarded CIO of the year in 2012 and with Harvard and London Business School Leadership training, Mark presents a challenging, situational and consultative leadership style building on excellent interpersonal and people skills.

5. Bartosz Pietruszka, Chief Data & Analytics Officer, HSBC

Bart is the Chief Data & Analytics Officer at HSBC Middle East. He has been in the region since 2012; having worked in various management capacities focusing on strategic management. Prior to joining HSBC, Bart worked for international companies, focusing on Finance, IT and Consulting. Bart is a thought leader in CDO & Analytics holding two Master's degrees: in IT (Scotland) and in Economics (Poland) helping him in his day to day job. He is also a public speaker and a data evangelist currently working with big data & analytics experts spanning across all industries.

6. Jessy El Murr, Digital Journalist, Moderator

Jessy El Murr is a certified media trainer and a multilingual digital journalist who spent over 18 years writing and presenting political, military and digital news stories for international news outlets. A seasoned field journalist and former BBC and Sky News Arabia correspondent, El Murr has recently acquired several media consulting and training projects for government and private entities across GCC countries including the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, The United Arab Emirates and the State of Kuwait.
