Kuwait’s Prime Minister Sheikh Sabah Al-Khaled Al-Sabah resigned Tuesday, state news agency KUNA reported, amid a lengthy standoff with the parliament. The move comes ahead of a non-cooperation vote against Al-Sabah in parliament.
