<p dir="ltr">S&P Global was fined $1.19 million (<span style="background-color:#ffffff">€</span>1.11 million) Wednesday by the European Union watchdog for publishing and releasing a number of credit ratings before the relevant securities were issued by the rated entities and announced to the market.</p>
