Oman has posted a budget surplus of $1.7 billion (OMR 656 million) by the end of the first half of 2023, compared with $2 billion (OMR 784 million) a year earlier, Oman News Agency reported, citing the fiscal performance bulletin issued by the Ministry of Finance.
