Saudi Arabia's merchandise exports rose 3.9% year-on-year in May, driven by a 19.5% increase in oil shipments, while higher exports and lower imports pushed the kingdom's merchandise trade surplus up 328.8%, according to the General Authority for Statistics (GASTAT).
