The global oil market remains fragile as measures to contain the spread of the more contagious variants of the Coronavirus weigh heavily on near-term recovery in oil demand, the International Energy Agency said. It expects better economic outlook for 2021, especially in second half of the year, to have a positive impact on oil industry.
