Oman's Ministry of Energy and Minerals signed on Sunday an agreement to extend the Block 53 exploration and production sharing deal with Occidental Mukhaizna and its partners until 2050, enabling $29.8 billion (OMR 11.5 billion) in investments over the extension period.
