Abu Dhabi is advancing AI-driven healthcare, reducing the average heart attack response time by 30% to 57 minutes, which is well below the 90-minute global benchmark, by integrating more than 100,000 data streams into an “intelligent health system,” according to a World Economic Forum (WEF) report.
