<p class="MsoNormal">Singapore will accept incoming passengers using the International Air Transport Association’s (IATA) Travel Pass, a mobile app containing digital certificates for pre-departure COVID-19 tests and vaccines, to enter the island state starting May 1, according to a statement by Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS) Director-General Kevin Shum on Monday. </p><p class="MsoNormal"></p>
