Alibaba Cloud, a subsidiary of billionaire Jack Ma’s Alibaba Group, has announced an initial funding of $1 billion to support 100,000 technology startups and 100,000 developers in Asia-Pacific in the next three years under its "Project AsiaForward” initiative.
