Kuwait's state-run news agency said that the Emir of Kuwait, Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, has issued an order Wednesday recommending his brother, and deputy chief of the National Guard, Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, as Crown Prince.
