10. Amal Suhail Bahwan
Amal Suhail Bahwan joined the Suhail Bahwan Group in 1998, and assumed her current role in 2016, having previously served as managing director of the family group. The Suhail Bahwan Group was founded in 1965. In May 2024, Bahwan acquired a significant equity stake in U.K.-based neo-bank Monument Bank to support its operations in the U.K., the GCC, and across other international markets. She is also the chairperson of the National Bank of Oman, Al Jazeera Steel Product Co.
