At 18, Sdiri launched Entr@crush, MENA’s online incubator offering simplified business education in ten Arabic dialects. Two years later, it was acquired by UNDP and reintroduced as SDG Camps. She joined UNDP as a Youth & Innovation Associate to redesign and lead the program, which has since reached more than 10,000 young Tunisians under 30 in marginalized communities. Sdiri later joined RIVET in 2022, a micro-financing platform aiming to distribute one million micro-grants and has already supported over 1,300 youth-led projects in 66 countries. She now serves as Chief Impact Officer, overseeing youth engagement, partnerships, and impact.
