Karlito’s designs have been worn by Nour Al Ghandour at Cannes Film Festival 2025, Masha Tilly at the Cannes AmfAR Gala 2025, Marina Ruy Barbosa at the EMIGALA Awards 2025, Naomi Campbell in Abu Dhabi 2025, and Muhannad Hamdi at Dubai Fashion Week 2025. In December 2025, DJFW Jewelry Show featured an exclusive Grand Opening by Karlito and a sensual-style jewelry collection.
