Mohamed founded Smart Bricks in July 2024, an AI-powered real estate investment platform analyzing over 1,000 data points in real time, from market trends and rental yields to comparable transactions and cross-border tax implications. Smart Bricks has raised around $5 million in a pre-seed round led by Andreessen Horowitz, with participation from 500 Global, Sanabil Investments, Techstars, and angels from OpenAI, Anthropic, and DeepMind. The company has also been part of the Google AI Accelerator, the NVIDIA Inception Program, and Microsoft GrowthX Programme.
