Sleem cofounded ASK Group in December 2023 with Mohamad Kobrusli and Khoren Aintablian, both over 30. The company houses two ventures: Agriworm Solutions and BioSalleh. Agriworm Solutions converts unsellable agricultural produce into high-value protein flour and organic fertilizer using mealworms; R&D began in 2022, the venture was registered in 2023, and sales started in early 2025 with a current production capacity of around one ton. BioSalleh is in the testing and development phase, refining its waste management unit ahead of market launch.
