In 2018, Khan founded the property brokerage firm Housess Global Real Estate, which now has over 120 active real estate agents. He also launched Keylux Vacation Homes Rentals in 2023, EZY Media Production in 2025, and co-founded the real estate development company Zane Developments in 2024. Zane recently launched a commercial office development in Motor City, Dubai, with an approximate sales volume of over $51 million, and previously delivered eight residential towers in Bangalore, India, valued at $87 million. Under his leadership, Housess Global Real Estate has achieved $493 million in transactions since 2021.
