Fakeeh chairs the board of Fakeeh Care Group, a hospital group in Saudi Arabia; the Jeddah-based company went public in June 2024. He owns nearly 31% of the company; his brother Mazen, the company’s president, also owns the same amount; their sister, Manal, is vice-chairman and owns a 15% stake. The group has three hospitals in Saudi Arabia and one in Dubai, plus the Fakeeh College for Medical Sciences in Jeddah. It also provides home health care and emergency services. The Fakeeh siblings’ late father, Soliman (d. 2014), founded the group's first hospital in 1978 in Jeddah.
