Ooredoo is the largest telecom company in Qatar. It had 52 million customers as of March 2025. In 2024, it completed the sale of 100% equity in Ooredoo Asian Investments Pte Ltd. (Singapore)—the parent of Ooredoo Myanmar Ltd. and Ooredoo Myanmar Fintech Ltd.—for $110 million. In September 2024, Ooredoo secured a $549.5 million financing deal to accelerate its data center expansion.
