ADNOC L&S, the logistics arm of the ADNOC Group, had over 100 global customers in more than 50 countries and a fleet of 330 vessels as of December 2024. In January 2025, the company acquired an 80% stake in Navig8 TopCo Holdings Inc. for over $1 billion, with a contractual commitment to acquire the remaining 20% in mid-2027. In July 2024, it awarded South Korean shipyards Samsung Heavy Industries and Hanwha Ocean up to $2.5 billion in shipbuilding contracts for the construction of new LNG carriers to expand its fleet.
