CAE provides corporate, retail, and investment banking services. It served over 393,082 customers through 86 branches and 759 ATMs as of March 2025. In October 2024, the bank joined a consortium of 13 banks to provide a $369 million syndicated loan to Telecom Egypt over seven years. CAE owns a 99.99% stake in its only subsidiary, the Egyptian Housing Finance Company. The Crédit Agricole Group in France held a 52.2% stake in the Egyptian unit as of March 2025.
