Andrew Torre started at Visa as a product manager in April 2002 and has been the regional president for Central and Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and Africa since December 2017. In June 2025, he was appointed as the president of value-added services. In October 2024, Visa expanded its footprint in Saudi Arabia by opening an office in Riyadh to celebrate 40 years of local presence. It also partnered with ITC SheTrades, the Qatar Fintech Hub, and the SEEDS Academy to run the Small Steps to Success program, which focused on entrepreneurial skills and strategies for overcoming business challenges. Torre is also a member of the President’s Advisory Council on Doing Business in Africa and serves on Visa’s Global Operating Committee.
