Kaddoumi has been with Medtronic since 2012 and assumed his current role in 2024. In March 2025, Medtronic announced that it had partnered with Methinks AI to integrate AI-driven stroke assessment technology with its Neurovascular products, aiming to enhance stroke treatment efficiency and patient triage across Central and Eastern Europe, Africa, Türkiye, and the Middle East. Kaddoumi previously served as GE Healthcare’s general manager for Saudi Arabia.
