In March 2025, the group launched Ra’idah with the Abu Dhabi Businesswomen Council—a year-long program focused on enabling women-led SMEs. In September 2024, Publicis entered into a strategic partnership with Columbus Digital. Kakish has previously held various regional roles with the company, including chief financial officer, chief integration officer, and co-managing director of Publicis Sapient in the Middle East.
