Young assumed his current position in July 2024, having first joined CBRE in 2010. In January 2025, CBRE signed an MoU with Saudi Arabia’s Real Estate General Authority to attract real estate investors and developers to the Saudi market. The company launched facilities management solutions in Saudi Arabia in March 2025, which include the Integrated FM Academy and the CBRE Smart Solutions & Integrated FM Hub. Young also sits on the boards for CBRE U.A.E. and CBRE Saudi Arabia’s joint venture entities.
