Pandey joined Seagate in his current position in 2021. In January 2025, the company introduced hard drives with a capacity of up to 36 terabytes. Seagate recorded a 40% market share in the Middle East between 2024 and 2025, achieving a market share growth of more than double in Saudi Arabia. Pandey previously worked at HP for 10 years.
