Grinnell has been with RAKHH since 2016, initially serving as the chief financial officer before assuming her current role in 2019. The group’s current portfolio comprises four luxury properties with a combined inventory of 845 rooms, suites, and villas. In 2024, RAK Leisure, a subsidiary of RAKHH, partnered with the RIKAS Hospitality Group to launch a grill and fire-themed dining concept at Jebel Jais. Grinnell previously worked for PwC for nearly 15 years.
