Martinez joined THC, a PIF company, in 2019 as COO and assumed his role as CEO in 2020, leading 900 people. THC recorded 31,000 total flight hours in 2024 and 38,321 by mid-2025. In February 2025, the company signed an MoU with the Saudi Aviation Club to expand operational infrastructure by renting hangar space for its fleet. The company is currently ranked third globally by fleet size, operating over 60 aircraft. Martinez has 22 years of industry experience. He also serves on the boards of THC and Rotortrade.
