In 2024, SAB recorded over $5 billion in sustainable finance and investments, with sizable credits dedicated to financing renewable energy, infrastructure, and waste management. SAB became a part of Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Economy and Planning’s Sustainability Champions Program in May 2025 to support sustainability practices within organizations.
