M42, spanning Mubadala Health, Healthpoint, Malaffi, Abu Dhabi BioBank, Biogenix, and Environmental Sciences, is targeting net-zero by 2050. In June 2024, it collaborated with the Environment Agency – Abu Dhabi, Bayanat, and OceanX on a marine mission in the Arabian Gulf to study climate impacts on U.A.E. waters.
