Beshara serves as the Group CEO of Mohamed & Obaid Almulla Group, which includes the American Hospital Dubai. In January 2025, American Hospital Dubai and Mayo Clinic expanded their collaboration with new initiatives in clinical excellence, operational efficiency, and medical education, including Dubai’s first Doctor of Medicine medical school. That same month, it signed a 10-year value partnership agreement with Siemens Healthineers to introduce the region’s first hybrid imaging system and boost clinical efficiency. In September 2025, it has been awarded the ESG label by the Dubai Chamber of Commerce. Beshara is also a member of the Board of Trustees of Noor Dubai Foundation.
