Aljedai assumed his current role in April 2025, overseeing more than 1,500 employees across 24 MENA locations. In H1 2025, SPIMACO recorded 4.3% revenue growth to $236.2 million, with net profit nearly doubling to $29.6 million. In July 2025, the company inaugurated Saudi Arabia’s first high-potent pharmaceutical manufacturing facility, full biosimilar localization, and national programs for gene and gene-editing, vaccines, and talent development with a total investment of $72.5 million. Aljedai is also a Professor at Alfaisal University, Founding President of SSCP, and a member of multiple national health committees.
