Ventura cofounded ADSCC in 2018 and was the general manager before becoming CEO in 2022. ADSCC specializes in stem cell and regenerative medicine, offering services in 41 specialties and research led by 25 scientists. In January 2025, it produced virus-free, clinical-grade iPSCs—a first for the Middle East. In March 2025, ADSCC and the Department of Health – Abu Dhabi introduced the region’s first CRISPR/Cas9-based gene therapy for sickle cell disease and beta-thalassemia. Ventura serves concurrently as Adjunct Professor at United Arab Emirates University. His clinical experience revolves around regenerative medicine, clinical research and preclinical studies related to cell biology, immunology, cancer, and autoimmune diseases clinical experience.
