Marinelli joined Eli Lilly and Company in January 2012 and became President and General Manager for Middle East, Türkiye, and Africa in May 2025. The region became one of Lilly’s fastest-growing hubs, contributing to $45 billion in global revenue in 2024, a 32% year-on-year increase. Key milestones include MoUs with health authorities in Saudi Arabia and the U.A.E. to advance Alzheimer’s and obesity care and early detection. Marinelli also serves on the boards of the U.S.-U.A.E. Business Council and PHRMAG. She brings 23 years of experience across Europe, the U.S., and the Middle East.
