Al Ghamdi has been CEO of EHC since 2018. The cluster manages 22 hospitals and 120 primary care centers, serving 4.1 million residents across Saudi Arabia’s Eastern Province. In 2024, EHC implemented a standardized patient feedback system and recorded a 519% increase in virtual clinic visits—from 77,559 in 2021 to 480,431 in 2024. Al Ghamdi also serves as a consultant, cardiac anesthesiologist and intensivist at Johns Hopkins Aramco Healthcare.
