Al-Naeem has been at the helm of Ayyan Investment since 2019. Ayyan specializes in medical, industrial, service, and real estate investments. It owns 25% of the capital of Twareat Medical Care Company, and 3.83% stake in Dallah Healthcare Company. It had $277 million in assets by June 2025 and had made $1.2 million in revenues in H1 2025. Al-Naeem is also a board member at Twareat Medical Care Company, among others.
