After Solventum’s demerger from 3M, Svinger was appointed as Lead Director to the Board of Solventum U.A.E. in April 2024. His main role at Solventum is Vice President of Global Commercial Operations. In February 2025, the company’s Health Information Division partnered with Al Zahra Private Hospital in Dubai to implement 3M Fluency Direct, an AI-powered speech recognition tool for clinical documentation. The technology supports the U.A.E.’s 2031 AI vision by enhancing physician workflow through voice-driven, real-time patient record updates.
