Ezz Eldin became Head of GCC Countries at Novartis in December 2024, overseeing 450 employees across Saudi Arabia, the U.A.E., Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, and Qatar. In April 2025, it signed an MoU with Abu Dhabi Public Health Centre to collaborate on raising awareness about cardiovascular disease. In 2024, Novartis signed an MoU with the Department of Health – Abu Dhabi to advance solutions in key pillars includes clinical research, innovation, health technology assessment, and Radioligand therapy.
