Vayalil founded Burjeel Holdings in 2007 in Abu Dhabi. The company operates 112 healthcare assets across the U.A.E., Oman, and Saudi Arabia, with a capacity of 1,743 beds and 1,775 doctors. He expanded an O&M portfolio to 15 contracts across Africa and the U.A.E., partnering with authorities and leading corporates including ADNOC and oversaw groundbreaking treatments, including the U.A.E.’s youngest infant liver transplant and 500 robotic surgeries in 500 days. In May 2025, the Burjeel Cancer Institute, the U.A.E. largest private oncology network, launched its first center in Oman.
