Al-Khayyat has been leading the company since 2022. In H1 2025, Estithmar Holding announced a net profit of $127.3 million and revenues of $842 million, recording a respective growth of 97% and 87%, compared to the year prior. New income streams include Imam Al-Hassan Al-Mujtaba Hospital in Karbala, Al-Nasiriyah Teaching Hospital in Iraq, and Misrata Heart and Vascular Center in Libya, in addition to the Baghdad International Hospital in Iraq and the progress of construction of The Algerian Qatari German Hospital in Algeria. Al-Khayyat is concurrently group chairman of Power International Holding, UCC Holding, Baladna, Assets Real Estate Development, and Aura Group, and TMT Communications.
