Al Hatmi has been at the helm of Asyad since its inception in 2016. He transformed the group into a global logistics powerhouse with $4 billion in assets and $1 billion in annual revenue. Asyad Group offers its logistics solutions across 29 cities around the world. In July 2024, the group acquired Skybridge Freight Solutions (SFS), its first international acquisition in core logistics activities. In March 2025, the group listed its Asyad Shipping Company on the Muscat Stock Exchange which raised $332.8 million, marking the Group’s first IPO. Al Hatmi is a board member of OQ as well as the Vice Chairman of Hafeet Rail.
