Al Dhaheri assumed his current position in 2014, having joined ADNEC Group in 2005. In H1 2025, the ADNEC Group, a Modon Company, achieved an economic value of $1.1 billion for Abu Dhabi across several sectors including transportation, hospitality and tourism. In 2024, the group acquired Royal Catering and the Business Design Centre in London, U.K., expanding its portfolio of venues to four, which have welcomed eight million visitors since then. Al Dhaheri is also a board member of the Abu Dhabi Airports and Chairman of Excel London.
