Al Zaabi joined Miral as Group CEO in 2015. Miral's three main subsidiaries are Miral Destinations, Miral Experiences and Yas Asset Management. In April 2025, Miral in collaboration with the Department of Culture and Tourism Abu Dhabi, opened teamLab Phenomena Abu Dhabi on Saadiyat island. In May 2025, Miral, in collaboration with The Walt Disney Company, announced plans to develop a Disney theme park and resort on Yas Island in Abu Dhabi; the seventh of its kind worldwide. In July 2025, Yas Waterworld Abu Dhabi officially opened its new expansion to the public. Al Zaabi previously held senior management positions at Aldar.
