Fakhroo has been at the helm of Ooredoo Group since 2020. The Group has operations spanning nine countries in MENA and Southeast Asia. In H1 2025, the Group posted $3.3 billion in revenues and its total assets amounted to $17 billion, with a customer base of 147.2 million, including IOH customers.. In July 2025, Ooredoo launched advanced sovereign AI cloud services, built on the latest NVIDIA Hopper GPUs and hosted in its local data centers.Fakhroo previously served as Deputy Under Secretary for Budget, Treasury, and Financial Affairs at the Ministry of Finance.
