AlAjlan took the helm of Ajlan & Bros Group in 2014. With 34 years of experience, he currently oversees 25,000 employees. It operates in several sectors, including real estate, textiles, logistics, mining, technology, energy, and water. The group's major real estate projects include the development of a project in East Riyadh with an area of four million square meters, another one in North Riyadh with an area of three million square meters, and a project in West Dammam with an area of 18 million square meters. AlAjlan is also the CEO of Shandong Lawrence Textile Company in China, Deputy CEO of Abdul Aziz Al-Ajlan Sons for Commercial and Real Estate Investment, among other roles.
