Binhabtoor joined Shamal Holding in 2017 and became CEO in 2024. He has been instrumental in driving the company’s growth, leading several landmark projects. These include Naïa Island Dubai, which will host the Middle East’s first Cheval Blanc Maison, set to open in 2029. He also oversaw developments such as Dubai Harbour and EXIT139, where 31 international athletes completed 437 base jumps from the 139th floor of the Burj Khalifa.
