Sadik has been leading the bank since 2022. In H1 2025, Arab Bank announced a 6% growth in net income at $535.3 million, whereas total assets increased by 9% at $75.2 billion. Sadik is concurrently Deputy Chairman of the Oman Arab Bank and the Queen Rania Foundation. She is also a board member of the arab national bank and the Association of Banks in Jordan.
