Gamal has been the Group’s CEO since 2013, having started his career at Commercial International Bank (then Chase National Bank) in Egypt in 1990.In the first nine months of 2025, QIB had total assets of $59 billion and recorded a $2.3 billion in total income. Gamal is concurrently Chairman of QIB (U.K.) and a board member of QInvest.
